Creative Storytelling ✦ Social Media ✦ Photography ✦ Web Design

STL Mutual Aid is a network of organizers, healers, artists, community leaders, and everyday people.

The collective comes together to deliver food and supplies, provide financial solidarity, offer emotional support, and connect people to their neighbors. In 2020-2021 alone, STLMA redistributed a staggering $1 million directly to community members in need, without the barriers folks face with other resources.

Since 2023, I’ve provided a total redesign of the website and spearheaded the Creative Storytelling campaign; a series of events, interviews, and public art initiatives aimed at expanding and reinvigorating the community around mutual aid in St Louis. In addition, I manage our free grocery delivery program, communicate our funding needs to stakeholders, and ideate creative fundraising opportunities.

“What is mutual aid?” is a 20-page zine written, illustrated, printed, and bound by me for STL Mutual Aid as an educational tool distributed freely to local libraries, community and gathering spaces.

A vital part of reinvigorating the mutual aid community includes curating regular programming that blends critical material support with creative outlets and relationship-building.
