The Public Intellectual

Our clients Asia and Mirka came to us looking to jumpstart their conceptual bookshop and meetup collective, inspired by their favorite reads and their dog, Kiko. They were hoping for an illustration of Kiko in a detailed, vintage style, and together we came up with this playful version of Kiko with a top hat, bowtie, and monocle.

With some autumn-inspired colors, groovy vintage text, and a film photoshoot, The Public Intellectual came to life! We also worked on a basic website for them, bookmarks, postcards, and stickers.
